Who we are
Restoration Pharmacy ("we," "us") is a public brand operated by [Legal entity name pending].
This website does not collect medical information
This website is not a portal for prescriptions, refills, medical questions, or health information. Our forms are restricted to non-medical questions and explicitly ask you not to include medication names, prescription numbers, insurance member IDs, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, or any other protected health information. For anything involving your prescriptions or health, please call the pharmacy directly — we do not process those requests through this website.
We do not claim that this website, its email provider, its hosting, or any phone system is HIPAA-compliant. No medical or health information is knowingly collected, stored, or transmitted through this site, its forms, its analytics, or its advertising tools.
Information we collect
If you submit our general service request or pharmacist consultation request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), preferred location, service or consultation category, preferred contact method, best callback time or preferred date/time, and any optional non-medical message — solely to respond to your request. We do not sell this information.
How your request reaches the pharmacy
When configured, form submissions are delivered to the pharmacy by email through our email provider, Resend. Your personal information (name, phone, email, and message) is only ever sent through this email delivery — it is deliberately not written to our ordinary application/server logs, which record only a reference number and a non-identifying category so we can trace a submission without personal data sitting in general logs.
SMS consent and opt-out
If you check the optional text-message consent box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from us about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. This consent is never required to receive pharmacy services, and it is separate from any "preferred contact method" you select — selecting text message as a contact preference is an operational choice about how to reach you regarding your specific request, not marketing consent.
Retention and deletion
We retain form-submission information only as long as needed to respond to your request and for basic recordkeeping. If you would like your information deleted, contact either location by phone and we will remove it from our records where we are not otherwise required to retain it. This is a general approach, not a formal, legally-reviewed retention policy.
Third-party service providers
We use Resend to deliver form-submission emails, and a hosting provider (Vercel) to run this website. These providers process the information described above on our behalf. Using them does not make any part of this website HIPAA-compliant — that determination would require independent legal and compliance review, which has not been done.
Analytics and advertising technology
Where configured, we use Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads conversion tracking, and the Meta Pixel to understand site usage and measure whether our own advertising is working. These tools track non-medical interactions only — for example, that a phone number or directions link was clicked, and which location — never any health or medication information. These scripts only load when a real tracking ID has actually been configured.
